I found a dead raccoon in our backyard this morning. Rabies? Poison? I haven't figured out what to do with it yet. I called the local health department and am waiting for a call back...Latest updates. Well, the health department can't do anything about it because it's on private property. I may have to summon up the courage to take a shovel and put the body into a double-layered bag later...
